• Once work has started in any form, including research, planning, or drafts
• Completed stages, milestones, or deliverables that have been shared or approved
• Design concepts, code, content, strategies, or other materials already created
• Change of mind after the project has begun
• Delays caused by a lack of feedback, missing information, or materials from the client
• Situations where the project timeline is affected due to delays from the client’s side
